Kris Cravey leads United Services Group with a commitment to building the specialty mechanical company clients trust for their most demanding projects. With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience supporting complex construction and maintenance work across the energy and industrial sectors, he is focused on expanding United’s technical capabilities, investing in its people, and strengthening the disciplined execution clients expect. His background spans operating leadership, business growth, and strategic advisory work, including leadership positions with The Atlantic Group, Day & Zimmermann, and Fahrenheit Advisors, as well as serving as an Operating Partner with Pelican Energy Partners.

Derrick Ramsey leads United Services Group’s operations, overseeing project execution across the company’s markets. A welder by trade, he built his career with major engineering and construction organizations, including Fluor, KBR, and AMEC Foster Wheeler, before advancing into operational leadership. Today, he directs execution across power generation, data center construction, advanced manufacturing, and industrial process environments, with responsibility for specialty welding, machining, fabrication, mechanical installation, and complex new-build, maintenance, and retrofit projects. His focus is on disciplined execution, operational readiness, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to the quality standards United’s clients expect.

Drew Finger brings extensive financial leadership experience supporting industrial services organizations. Prior to joining United Services Group, he spent more than a decade with Day & Zimmermann, where he held financial and strategic leadership roles supporting construction, maintenance, and workforce solutions operations across both government and commercial markets. Drew combines financial discipline with a deep understanding of project execution, operational performance, and strategic decision-making. He holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His leadership helps ensure United has the financial strength, operational visibility, and scalable processes needed to execute complex projects with confidence.

Dennis Fritzler provides technical leadership for United Services Group’s project planning, estimating, and operational execution. With more than four decades of experience in specialty welding, boiler work, mechanical construction, and outage execution, he helps transform complex project requirements into practical, executable solutions. Dennis developed his expertise supporting major industrial and power generation projects with organizations such as Wood, AMEC Foster Wheeler, and Aecon-Wachs. An AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), he is recognized for his technical knowledge, constructability expertise, and commitment to delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Since United Services Group’s inception, Kerrie Holden has been instrumental in supporting the administrative and compliance functions that enable the company’s continued growth and operational success. Bringing valuable experience from Aecon-Wachs and decades of industry knowledge, she oversees licensing, bonding, regulatory compliance, safety reporting, and key business operations that keep United running efficiently. Her leadership helps ensure the organization remains compliant, responsive, and well-positioned to meet the rigorous requirements of utilities, EPCs, and industrial clients.

Asher Alston leads United Services Group’s commercial operations, overseeing the systems, processes, and commercial controls that support projects from pursuit through closeout. He developed his project management expertise with Superheat, managing complex industrial heat treatment projects from estimating and execution through project closeout and client billing. Today, he works across business development, operations, and finance to strengthen commercial discipline, improve project visibility, and help ensure projects transition seamlessly from pursuit through successful execution.

Jeff Fitzgerald brings more than two decades of leadership experience advancing health, safety, environmental, and operational excellence across the industrial and energy sectors. His career includes leadership roles with Flowco Production Solutions and Questco Companies, as well as serving as an Operating Partner with Pelican Energy Partners, where he has helped organizations strengthen both safety performance and operational execution. Jeff’s leadership reinforces United’s commitment to integrating safety into every phase of project delivery through disciplined processes, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement. His practical, field-focused approach helps ensure that every project is executed with safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

A welder by trade and union Boilermaker, Bryan Dudley has built his career supporting complex industrial construction, maintenance, outage, and new build projects with leading contractors, including Day & Zimmermann, BHI, PCI, and Vulcan. Today, Bryan provides operational leadership across workforce planning, resource management, and project execution, ensuring United’s field teams are staffed, coordinated, and positioned for success. Drawing on firsthand craft experience, he understands the technical skills, certifications, and leadership required to build high-performing crews for the industry’s most demanding work. His ability to align exceptional people with operational priorities helps ensure every United project is supported by the skilled craftsmen, operational readiness, and responsiveness clients have come to expect.

Kevin Lewis leads United Services Group’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs, ensuring every project is executed in accordance with the highest standards of safety, quality, and code compliance. With more than two decades of experience in welding, inspection, fabrication, and industrial construction, Kevin has developed his expertise supporting complex projects with leading industrial organizations, including Turner Industries, Performance Contractors, Brown & Root, and SunCoke Energy. His deep understanding of welding inspection, quality systems, fabrication, and field execution helps ensure United’s ASME code work and regulated quality programs consistently meet the exacting standards of utilities, EPCs, and industrial clients. Through disciplined oversight and an unwavering commitment to technical excellence, Kevin helps ensure every project is delivered with the traceability, documentation, and quality craftsmanship.

Jacqueline “Jax” Putegnat brings a diverse background in strategic marketing, brand development, and business growth across industrial services, professional services, and technology organizations. Her experience includes Frozen Fire, DroneUp, Smith & Howard, and independent consulting, where she helped organizations strengthen their brands, sharpen their messaging, and support business growth. Today, she is responsible for shaping United Services Group’s brand, communications, and market presence, ensuring clients, partners, and prospective employees clearly understand the technical expertise, execution capabilities, and values that distinguish the company. Her strategic approach helps strengthen United’s reputation and supports the company’s continued expansion into new markets and industries.
