Safety in all we do! Our safety culture is our first and most important company core value. We have made a company commitment to safety and above all else our employees work performance is driven by this responsibility. Our staff is an integral part of our safety culture and we encourage them to take a hands-on approach while in our home office, on a field assignment and through the development of safety processes for continual company improvement.
As a company, we are committed to providing our workforce the necessary resources to be safe and successful.
Our Environmental, Health, and Safety program is implemented with thorough training of our field supervision and personnel. Our EHS program is consistently adapting and changing for continual company improvement in all aspects of safety. Our field management teams are responsible to lead by example and prepare our job site personnel. Their number one priority is dedicated to ensuring that our projects are completed with the utmost safety as well as the well-being of our field personnel.
Our employees drive our safety culture. Their daily commitment to our safety program allows for the prevention of accidents on our job sites. Each of our employees adhere to the guidelines of 10 CFR 26, Fitness for Duty regulations, as well as 10 CFR 73, security screening to meet rigid industry safety standards.
Through their collaboration and cooperation in taking a safety minded approach to each task they perform as well as their involvement in our peer observation program, they help prevent accidents before they happen. Furthermore, we empower our personnel to stop work on any task they consider to be unsafe.
Daily, our personnel takes necessary efforts to prevent accidents. We begin the implement our safety practices from an employee’s first day as a member of our team. From daily job briefs, weekly safety meetings and yearly conducted safety workshops; we are taking the crucial steps to provide our employees the tools necessary to perform every task they begin with a safety focus. We encourage them to start each job with one simple question: Is this task as safe as it can be?
